Your challange

Exert is looking for an Application Support Engineer for consultancy work. This job features a lot of variety which will enable you to further extend your knowledge in an interesting environment.

Are you up for the challenge? If so, your duties would include:

• Registering, analysing and resolving incidents working in accordance with defined procedures;
• Carrying out proactive problem analyses;
• Preparing application change requests;
• Working in a technical environment with the key objective being to lend support to various applications;
• Communicating with end-users on the status of a problem or requested service;
• Maintaining a high degree of general satisfaction among end-users;
• Performing various tasks in a flexible manner.

Your skill set

• You have an IT-related educational qualification;
• You preferably have prior relevant work experience;
• A knowledge of SQL is important to the client;
• Ability to work in PowerShell is a plus;
• You are stress-tolerant, accurate and enterprising;
• You are a good communicator who enjoys collaborating with various teams;
• You speak Dutch and English.
